Planning completed

Today I will complete the planning process. After disccusion with my supervisor, my idea has been heavily edited. Instead of a brief overview (5 x 800 words) of five presidential countries, I have changed my idea to be one country only -- the USA. In order to fit this, and make it specialised to the USA, I have changed the question.
